Pro:Centric turns every guest-room TV into a branded, interactive experience on LG's webOS commercial platform, the software Zenith helps engineer. Guests see a custom welcome screen in the property's own look, with services one tap away: room service and dining, hotel information and amenities, local weather and attractions, wayfinding, promotions, and streaming apps they can cast to from their own phones.
Staff run the whole property from one console. They push content, channel maps, and messages to a single room, a floor, or every site at once, and they monitor and update devices without leaving the office. Pro:Centric Direct runs on the property's own server, Pro:Centric Stay runs in the cloud, and Pro:Centric+ adds AI energy savings, dynamic promotions, and touchless setup. Every screen stays protected by Pro:Idiom.

Hospitality isn't a side business for Zenith and LG. That work protects more than three million devices today, and we've supported and improved it for close to two decades.
We tend to stay with a technology well past its launch. As the room keeps changing, with AI and more of the building coming online, we expect to keep developing these platforms and keep our customers current on them.

Catena runs on a server plus a TV app, controlled from a simple web page. Staff manage every Pro:Centric Smart display, in HD or 4K, from a phone or tablet. Group screens by location, drag a channel onto a TV to tune it, and power, reboot, adjust volume, mute, or message any screen or zone. Not sure what channel a game is on? Search by team or show, and Catena finds it and tunes the right screen for you.
Because it runs over IP on Cat 6, Catena strips out matrix switches, HDMI splitters, and stacks of receivers, cutting install cost and complexity, while Pro:Idiom® keeps premium cable, satellite, and VOD content protected end to end.

Set up in minutes, not hours
Setting up commercial TVs used to mean clicking through on-screen menus with a remote, one at a time. Zenith's Web Management Interface does it from a browser instead. Installers set up, brand, and configure displays over the air from a phone or tablet, often without entering the room.
